Foreman Mode: Selecting Equipment for their Crew

Foremen can now add equipment details and runtime while clocking in their crew during timesheet creation. 

• The runtime entered will not be multiplied by the number of crew members. 
• In the timesheet export, the equipment will appear as shared across the entire crew.
