You can now assign a pay rate to a project.
Note:
-
This pay rate should be prioritized over any applicable union and prevailing rates, but should not be prioritized over private rates (if higher) or pay rate overrides at the timesheet level.
-
If the worker belongs to a union:
-
If the project’s union is blank or equal to the worker’s union or does not have reciprocity with the worker’s union:
-
If job level and classification are defined at the timesheet level:
-
Use fringes from the union rate from the worker’s home union from the pay rate with the job level and classification from the timesheet.
-
-
Else:
-
Use fringes from the union rate from the worker’s home union from the pay rate with the job level and classification from the worker’s profile.
-
-
-
If the project’s union has a reciprocity agreement with the worker’s union:
-
Use the rule defined in the reciprocity agreement to determine which fringes to use
-
-
-
If the project is prevailing wage and not union:
-
If job level and classification are defined at the timesheet level:
-
Use fringes from the prevailing wage rate from the assigned prevailing wage configuration from the pay rate with the job level and classification from the timesheet.
-
-
Else:
-
Use fringes from the prevailing wage rate from the assigned prevailing wage configuration from the pay rate with the job level and classification from the worker’s profile.
