Task and Scheduler Enhancements

Assign Multiple Time Slots to a Single Task

Admins can add multiple assignments to a single task without duplicating it. Each assignment can have its own date and time range, while the task’s core details like Task ID, Trade, and Cost Code remain the same. This makes it easier to manage recurring work or split shifts under one task. Weekend scheduling rules still apply.

Multiple Assignments from Calendar View

Admins can now drag a task onto new dates in the calendar to create multiple assignments under the same task. Each drag-and-drop action adds a new assignment without duplicating the Task ID. If the new assignment overlaps with an existing one, the system will show a warning message. In the “By Task” view, tooltips now appear on individual assignments—showing date, time, and assigned resources—while the task-level tooltip has been removed.

All Tasks Now Visible in Drag-and-Drop Scheduler

Calendar view now has full visibility into all tasks both scheduled and unscheduled regardless of the selected date range. This allows schedulers to easily access and assign any task using the drag-and-drop calendar, even if the task already has existing assignments.

Task Table Supports Multiple Cost Codes

The Task table has been enhanced to reflect multiple assignments under a single task. In addition, tasks with more than one cost code will now display all associated cost codes clearly in the task view, improving visibility
