The system now supports using future leave accruals when requesting time off.
Employees can now request time off even if their current balance is low, as long as they will earn enough leave by the start of the leave.
- The system calculates projected balance based on the employee’s assigned policy.
- Supported for standard schedules (5x8, 4x10, 3x12).
- Requests are allowed if:
- Projected Balance – Leave Requested ≥ Minimum Threshold
- (If no threshold is set, it’s considered zero.)
The UI will clearly indicate when a request is approved using future accruals.
